MANILA, Philippines -- Residents of Palawan and parts of Eastern Visayas and Mindanao can expect rains as a low-pressure area moves toward Dumaguete City, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Tuesday.
In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa estimated the LPA at 90 kilometers west southwest of Dumaguete City and said it would bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Palawan, Eastern Visayas and Mindanao.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
