Grenade blast kills one, injures 25 in Iligan

An explosion rocked a bar in Iligan City Saturday night, killing one and wounding 25 others, a police official said.

Chief Supt. Jufel Adriatico, police director in Northern Mindanao, said a grenade exploded at the corner of Roxas and Quezon Avenues at around 8 p.m. near the Il Centro Bar.

The explosion killed a certain Junel Dumalagan while 25 others were wounded and rushed at various hospitals. Investigation is still ongoing.
