MANILA, Philippines - An explosion rocked a home in Zamboanga City Monday afternoon, killing one and wounding another, an Army official said.

Brig. Gen. Rainier Cruz, commander of the Army's 1st infantry division, saidan explosive used in dynamite fishing exploded at a home in Baliwasan Tabuk,Bgy. Baliwasan at about 5:15 p.m.
 
The identities of the victims remain unknown at this time.
 
Cruz said the victims were renting the home from a policeman.
