MANILA, Philippines -- The Philippines News Agency (PNA), the government's only news wire agency, was hacked late Wednesday afternoon.
PNA editors noticed the hacking at around 5 p.m. but was immediately restored to normal operation.
The hackers identified themselves as the "Evil Shadow Team," with IP addresses at http://hackxl96.blogspot.com and http://3cho.sineapp.com.
PNA technical experts are currently investigating the hacking incident.
