Who says President Aquino left FOI out of his State of the Nation Address? Freedom of Information advocate Vincent Lazatin took a closer look at PNoy's speech and found the devil in the details.

Deputy House Speaker Lorenzo Tañada III remains optimistic, too, but that's inspite of everybody else's dismayed thinking that President Aquino had skirted the issue altogether in his speech last Monday.
