MANILA, Philippines – The management of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has issued this advisory to the public: The NAIA trunk line system is being upgraded by PLDT to a more advanced technology. All incoming calls passing through trunk line number 877-1109 cannot be accessed as of this time.

The public is advised to use the following numbers for FLIGHT INFORMATION and other inquiries: 

NAIA TERMINAL 1 : 871-0804 or 871-9712

NAIA TERMINAL 2 : 782-7918 or 782-7921

NAIA TERMINAL 3 : 425-2297 or 877-7888

NAIA TERMINAL 4 (Manila Domestic Airport) 

: 425-2293

PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICE : 853-5998 (24 hours daily); 823-0669 (8am-5pm daily); 823-0998 (8am-5pm daily)

TEXNAIA SMS SYSTEM : 0917-8396242  

Other PLDT numbers assigned to the different offices in the airport complex can be accessed directly and are not affected by the upgrading.
