MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said that the agency is all set for the "MMDA-UPCAT Libreng Hatid" project on August 4 and 5, the examination date for all students aspiring to enter the state university.
Pick-up points will be in front of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) building along EDSA near East Avenue and C5-Ortigas Ilalim near the MMDA Rescue Station in Pasig City.
Four trips from the pick-up points to UP Diliman have been scheduled at 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, and 6:00 AM.
However, Tolentino reminded students that seats will be limited. About 60, 000 examiners are expected to take the Upcat.
