The MMDA is constantly updating the traffic situation along major roads via InterAksyon.com's Traffic Navigator. Click and save this link for real-time monitoring of flood and traffic situations along Metro Manila's major thoroughfares.

Continuous rains have flooded many parts of the metropolis and nearby provinces, prompting the evacuation and rescue of stranded residents. Rising waters and persistent floods have also caused many roadways to become inaccessible and impassable.

Here are some of the latest information we've gathered regarding closed and impassable roads. We will update the list as we get confirmation. Please check back often.

Flooded areas in the metropolis include:

  • As of 5:20 p.m., EDSA-P.Tuazon tunnel, half tire, not passable to light vehicles
  • As of 5:15 p.m., Nagtahan towards Plaza Avelino is closed to traffic
  • As of 3:22 p.m., Shaw-Kalentong, “lagpas tao (higher than average person).”
  • As of 1:55 p.m., Quirino-Angelinao, 45 inches, not passable to light vehicles.
  • As of 1:41 p.m., Edsa Muñoz/FEMA, knee deep, not passable to all types of vehicles
  • As of 1:35 p.m., P.Burgos/A.Boni, half tire deep, not passable to light vehicles
  • As of 1:14 p.m., Mindanao/North, half tire deep, not passable to all types of vehicles
  • As of 12:17 p.m., Gil Fernando to Sumulong, knee deep, not passable to all types of vehicles.
  • As of 12:17 p.m., McArthur Fatima, above waist, not passable to all types of vehicles
  • As of 12:06 p.m., in front of SM Sta.Mesa, lagpas tao
  • As of 11:17 a.m., E.Muñoz-Pami, waist deep, not passable to all types of vehicles.
  • As of 10:50 a.m., E.Rodrigues-delos Santos, lagpas tao.
