MANILA, Philippines -- If you need to be rescued or know anyone who needs help, here is the rescue process of the Metro Manila Development Authority:

1. We receive calls via 8820925 or 136

2. We verify from LGU said incident

3. We dispatch rescue units from AFP/PNP/MMDA volunteer groups to advance command centers in Marikina, Q.C., Manila, Malabon and Muntinlupa before they go to area with MMDA rescue guide

4. We conduct actual rescue and transfer to safe grounds and info LGU

5. All rescue units are staying in MMDA Flood Control Information Center Makati 09186515144 or 8820925
