In the case of newlyweds Hernelie Ruazol and Ram Campo, it rings literally true, as they got married in the middle of the monsoon-induced rains and floods earlier this week.
The now-Mrs. Campo posted photos of her nuptials on her Facebook, the bride and the groom's happiness obvious despite the flood soaking her white dress and his gray pants. Their adoration for each other was clear.
The photos--particularly one of the two kissing in the rain as children delightedly looked on--went viral, as Netizens were glad for some good news amid the calamity that affected Metro Manila and nearby regions.
