Sereno: 'The Constitution will be our North Star'

Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno, newly appointed as the country's 24th Chief Justice, told the Judicial and Bar Council in July that 'we will ensure that our North Star, our Constitution' will be followed. We re-post Sereno's JBC interview below.
