Government employees will be able to take free rides on Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 1 and Line 2 on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, Radyo Singko reported Monday.

The event was held to commemorate the 112th anniversary of the Civil Service Commission, LRT Spokesperson Atty. Hernando Cabrera said.

Free rides will be from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Government employees need only to present their identification cards to get a boarding pass.
