MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Justice prosecutor who was earlier sued by his wife for allegedly having an affair with a woman lawyer, has countersued his spouse after a purported sex video with his female partner spread to an adult website.

The prosecutor accused his wife of violating Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act for causing the spread of the video.

The wife had filed a disbarment case against the prosecutor and his partner.

The wife also also charged her husband with violating Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004. She has likewise petitioned the court for protection against him, as well as for child support.
