Employee hurt in fire that razed woodworks factory, residential units in Taguig

A sash factory employee was hurt from a fire that gutted a woodworks factory and three adjoining establishments, including residential units, the East Service Road in Taguig City on Tuesday night. 

Roger Abrasdo suffered first degree burns from the fire which started around 8pm Tuesday evening, authorities said. 

Although the fire's origin remains unknown, witnesses claimed to have started from the sash factory. 

Firefighting units were able to put off the fire an hour later. Cost of damage has remained unavailable as of this posting.
