Shown is a short video of the 12 Chinese fishers who were brought to Puerto Princesa City in Palawan after the vessel they were on got stuck on Tubbataha Reef. 

Multiple charges are expected to be filed against them after the group, who are believed to be poachers, attempted to bribe Tubbataha rangers with $2,400.
