Aquino to visit South Korea, Indonesia, Brunei to attract business

President Benigno Aquino III will pay state visits to three countries in October to attract business to the Philippines, a spokesperson said on Friday.
Aquino will visit South Korea on October 17 to18, deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said in a briefing aired over state-run Radyo ng Bayan on Friday.
“The continuing the thrust of the President is to attract business to the Philippines,” Valte said. “Several bilateral issues that will be discussed, the general areas of political issues, defense, economic and development cooperation and there will also be exchange of views on the pressing regional and international challenges that may be faced by both countries.”
Before heading to South Korea, Aquino will attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation in Bali, Indonesia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Leaders Summit in Brunei.
