“With our experience representing leading companies in the Asia Pacific and United States, we understand how important customer service is in generating customer loyalty and new business. This is especially true in the airline industry,” he said.
“We believe there is much promise for the Asia Pacific region in terms of call center services. Businesses are thriving and new ones are being formed. With SPi Global’s talented employees, we know we can handle this predicted demand for our services,” he added.
Scoot, which starts with a fleet of four Boeing 777 aircraft, will mount medium- and long-haul no-frills flights linking Australia, Singapore and China, come June.
“We warmly welcome SPi Global into the Scoot family and we’re confident that the company will live up to its reputation for providing professional call center services with Scootitude,” Campbell Wilson, Scoot chief executive officer, said in a statement.
