MANILA, Philippines – RFM Corp. has signed a joint venture agreement with US-based Engrain LLC for the manufacture and sale of flour and bread-related products within the Asia Pacific region.

No further details were disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange.

InterAksyon.com tried to seek additional information on the deal, but RFM has yet to reply as this went online.

Established in 2008, Engrain provides innovative products to the baking and milling industries all over the world that improve bread volume, optimize pasta texture and enrich baked goods.

Engrain is headquartered in Manhattan, Kansas.
