MANILA - Far Eastern University Inc. has acquired a property in Alabang, Muntinlupa, the company told the local bourse.

In a meeting on Tuesday, FEU’s board of trustees authorized the acquisition of a 2.2-hectare lot in the Woods District of Filinvest Corporate City.

The property was acquired from Filinvest Alabang Inc., a subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corp.

The FEU board has authorized Lydia Echauz and Juan Miguel Montinola, the company's president and chief finance officer, respectively, to negotiate the terms and conditions of the acquisition and to sign and execute the documents related to the transaction on behalf of the company.
