MANILA - The Department of Trade and Industry on Friday said it wants to have a bulk-buying center for relief operations during calamities to allay consumer fears of shortage in supermarkets.

Inuubos nila ang stock," Secretary Gregory Domingo said during the ongoing National Price Coordinating Council meeting.
