MANILA - Robinsons Land Corp. will open its newest mall in Quezon City on Monday, raising its shopping center count to 32 nationwide.
In a statement, the Gokongwei-led property developer said Robinsons Magnolia will be a four-level full service mall with a gross floor area of 108,000 square meters and gross leasable area of 42,000 square meters.
Located along Aurora Boulevard corner Dona M. Hemady Avenue, it will be RLC's third shopping mall in Quezon City and the eighth in Metro Manila.
“We promise to bring a brand new shopping experience in Robinsons Magnolia which will house several top brands and retailers and restaurant and food formats,” said Arlene Magtibay, RLC general manager for commercial centers division.
The shopping mall will be anchored by Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, True Value, and Robinsons Appliances. It will have four cinemas including a 3D cinema, a food court, and parking capacity for over 1,000 cars.
Four residential towers will also rise within the complex grounds.
RLC chairman emeritus John Gokongwei Jr., chairman and chief executive James Go, vice chairman and deputy chief executive Lance Gokongwei and president and chief operating officer Frederick Go will lead the opening ceremonies.
They will also be joined by Quezon City officials House Speaker and Rep. Feliciano Belmonte and Mayor Herbert Bautista.
