Impunity: Artists seek to picture it, so we can envision its end

Impunity is such a complex, tragic part of our times, and it has wrought such evil and misery for many around the world. Hundreds of artists from across the globe have sought to capture the ugly reality in a poster-making contest intended to bring about its end.

The poster contest announced a few weeks ago drew nearly 300 submissions, all depicting impunity and the challenge - the need - to stop it. The public was enjoined to vote on the entries. Organizers have now whittled down the field to 10 finalists.
