GALLERY | Family joins Aga on ‘Pinoy Explorer’ 1st anniversary

This week marks the first anniversary of TV5’s educational travel and adventure show, “Pinoy Explorer”. To celebrate this milestone, host Aga Muhlach is joined by wife Charlene Gonzalez and their twin children Atasha and Andres to discover Australia in a special two-part episode.

The Muhlachs kick off their journey across the Land Down Under with a cable car ride to the Blue Mountains, a world heritage site that consists of several national parks and a conservation reserve which includes the Jenolan Caves, believed to be the oldest caves in the world.

The caves are home to some of the most beautiful limestone formations you’ll ever see.

Watch Aga and Charlene put their love to the test as they try rappelling down a cliff. Will Aga be able to convince his wife to take the plunge?

The family also visit the Blue Mountain Chocolate Company, where they are guided by a Filipina who works there. Charlene and Atasha get their hands dirty as they learn the art of making chocolate. Aga and Andres sample their fair share of treats during the visit.

Charlene, of course, shares the hosting chores with Aga on this anniversary trip. But “Pinoy Explorer” may have also discovered budding presenters in Atasha and Andres as the twins give dad a run for his money.

Join Aga, Charlene, Atasha and Andress on their Australian adventure this Sunday, September 16, 6:30PM before “Talentadong Pinoy Kids”, only on TV5.
