“American Idol” runner-up Jessica Sanchez is now appearing in one TV show after another.
The 16-year old singing sensation made the rounds of the top-rated morning shows in New York this week. She appeared on “Live With Kelly” on Tuesday and “Good Day Today” on Wednesday.
On NBC’s “Today Show” on Friday, Jessica once again performed “I Will Always Love You” and “And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going”—two of her signature power ballads on “American Idol”.
In her one-on-one interview with “Today Show” host Matt Lauer, Jessica insisted that she has no regrets on the final “Idol” results. “I made it to the finale so I have no regrets at all,” she said.
There’s a lot of buzz that Jessica would soon be working with star maker and record producer Tommy Mottola for her upcoming debut album. Success, however, has not gotten into her head.
“When it comes to me, I’m just walking around. I’m really quiet. I don’t really talk much. I only become a different person when I’m on stage,” she said.
