TV5′s higante-serye ‘Bangis’ takes first giant step this Monday

MANILA, Philippines – Bangis, a prehistoric creature who acts and feels human, may not be your usual best friend. But this Monday, he will surely capture everyone’s affection with his very humane nuances and care for his best buddy Eboy, played by primetime TV’s newest child actor BJ Go.

Touted as Philippine TV’s first higante-serye and TV5’s newest primetime offering, Bangis will teach viewers valuable lessons on caring for animals, peers and the environment – making it a child-friendly program that is fit for the whole family.

Starting on Monday, July 4, viewers can join the adventures of Bangis and Eboy as they wander around the woods and try to overcome rogue characters who want to destroy the bond that they’ve formed over the years.

The TV adaptation of the Carlo J. Caparas komiks novel ‘Matatalim na Pangil sa Gubat,’ Bangis features an exciting cast led by Oyo Sotto, Danita Paner, Felix Roco, Wendy Valdez and Rodjun Cruz.

lso part of the cast are Yul Servo,Miriam Quiambao, Katherine Luna, Bayani Agbayani, Marissa Sanchez, CJ Caparas, Jazz Ocampo, Mavi Lozano, Mr. Danny Javier and Ms. Tessie Tomas.
