Entertainment reporter Chito Alcid filed a report with the Taguig police on Monday alleging that talent manager Annabelle Rama attacked him on Friday night during Dolphy’s wake at Heritage Park in Taguig.
Alcid said the blotter report was his first step towards filing charges of frustrated murder and libel against Rama for attempting to stab him with a bread knife and verbally abusing him.
He said he already petitioned the National Press Club to declare Rama a persona non grata to bar her from showbiz events and funerals.
Rama claimed self-defense and told media she was provoked by Alcid. She also said she has already apologized to the Quizon family for the incident.
