Yeng Constantino has officially cancelled her membership in the No Boyfriend Since Birth Club. She’s now making beautiful music with a fellow singer.

Yeng never lacked for suitors since she joined showbiz in 2006  via “Pinoy Dream Academy”, where she emerged as the Grand Star Dreamer, but the pop-rock artist just couldn’t find anyone who made her feel secure.

That is, until she met Victor “Yan” Asuncion, the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band Indios. They became sweethearts on June 18.

“Kaya pala ako pinaghintay ni Lord kasi meron pala na one na ay hindi lang basta kilig kundi joy ang nararamdaman ko,” Yeng told News5.

She recently uploaded the photo above on her Instagram account. She accompanied it with a long caption in which she declares her love for Yan. The caption ends this way: “Nagpapasalamat ako kay God sa regalong ito.. ito na ang pinakamalupit na regalong natanggap ko.. I love you Love… peksman! Hahaha!”

Yeng explained her giddiness to News5: “I’m so proud e … Ewan ko pati ako naninibago rin sa sarili ko… Sobra. Natanggal niya ang fears ko na ibigay ‘yung oo ko.”

Perhaps, this would finally put a stop to all the insinuations that she’s lesbian. In any case, Yeng is too happy to care what people think.

“I just want to share that same joy sa mga tao sa paligid ko. Ewan ko siguro late bloomer lang ako. Di ko na lang pinapansin,” she said.
