The French capital inaugurates its first autonomous shuttle bus service as an experiment in what Paris authorities hope will be the future of public transport. Reuters’ Rosanna Philpott reports.

Three men arrested in Sweden on suspicion of gang-raping a woman and streaming it live on Facebook. Several people watching online contacted police who swooped on an apartment in Uppsala, an hour north of Stockholm.
They found and detained three young men under 25 who were with a woman.

Local media saying the video has been removed and that police are appealing for anyone to hand over a copy.

The attack bringing into focus once again the complex ethical and policy issues faced by social media sites like Facebook.

The site allows users to broadcast anything live directly from their smart phone. While traditional TV broadcasters are restricted by regulations, for now internet streaming services do not.
