Talk ‘N Text center Ali Peek made a triumphant comeback Thursday night, playing in the Tropang Texters’ semifinals opener against Petron Blaze just two months after being shot in the neck last November. Peek didn’t only start the game, but also saw action in crunch time on his way to eight points and nine rebounds, helping Talk ‘N Text win, 87-83.
Peek’s return was a hot topic on Twitter as well, as his name became one of the trending topics on the social network.
