The first Saturday-only class of the Coach-E Basketball School for this year starts Saturday, Jan. 14, in two venues from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with the beginning session of its third module.
The Module 3 Course gets under way at The Zone in Makati and San Beda College in Alabang and will run until March 11.
Module 3 is about application on team concepts and various skills and principles learned from Module 1 and 2 courses. Students will be instructed to take part in a simulated environment where they will apply the rules of the game. They will be given emphasis on team work, time management, leadership and sportsmanship.
Currently on its eighth-year of providing students of a unique format of personalize teaching of 1:5 coach-student ratio, Coach-E offers students from 4 to 19 years old a complete training program to raise their standards in the game of basketball through actual instruction, and supervision of practice schedules.
Students are divided into three divisions (Li’l Ones, 7 years old and below; Rookies, 8 to 11 years old and All-Stars, 12 years old and above).
