Coach Nierras talks about his unique set-up co-coaching the team with Dr. Eu Hyung Pe, the humble beginnings of Stallion players from Iloilo, and how the Korean-Ilonggo mafia made their way to the Stallion lineup. He also talks about what Azkals fans should expect Stallion captain Reuben “Balot” Doctora, Jr. could bring to the national team.
Coach Nierras also gives updates on the progress of the Malditas, the Philippine national women’s football team, and how they’re building up toward their World Cup dream, and talks about how tough female football players are, even compared to their male counterparts.
