The Commissioner’s Cup semifinals begin tonight at the Ynares Center with the first game of the best-of-five series between Talk ‘N Text and Barako Bull. The Energy dispatched Alaska in the previous round with help from its veterans and import Gabe Freeman, but the Tropang Texters are a whole different breed.
Can Freeman and Barako Bull go toe-to-toe with the defending champions? Or will Talk ‘N Text, backstopped by monster rebounder Donnell Harvey and six national players, take tonight’s opener?
