After taking the PBA by storm, it seems like Paul Lee’s game has been scouted by the Talk ‘N Text backcourt rotation. Can he get his magic back against the relatively weak rotation of Meralco, which is still missing Sol Mercado, Mac Cardona, and Chris Ross?
Adding fuel to the fire is Mercado’s controversial tweet about Lee getting too much hype. “They are hyping this kid WAY too much! All they talk about is this Lee kid. Rain or Shine has other notable players. Please relax a bit on him,” he wrote.
While Mercado has since deleted his tweet and clarified his comments, he didn’t exactly back off his original sentiment that way too much attention is being given to Lee.
