Ginebra, still unbeaten in the semis, is trying to stay in the race for the four-of-five incentive and a win against Rain or Shine would take them a win away from earning it. The Elasto Painters, meanwhile, are close to clinching the first finals berth in franchise history and a win over the Kings would give them some breathing room at the top of the standings.

Can Rain or Shine take a step closer to Governors’ Cup finals? Or will Ginebra stay in contention for the semis incentive?
