MAGS basketball camp to open for second batch of players

PBA legend and recently-installed San Beda Red Lions head coach Ronnie Magsanoc is set to reopen his summer camp for the second batch this summer.

The Ronnie Magsanoc “MAGS” (Maximize Abilities & Game Skills) Basketball Camp, in partnership with Adidas & Star Margarine, will open for its second batch of players on April 28, Saturday at the Poveda Gym beside Robinson’s Galleria in Ortigas. The “MAGS” Camp is open to boys and girls 5 to 19 years old.

The camp days will be scheduled on Saturdays at 1-3 p.m. and Sundays at 9-11 a.m. The camp’s program will run for 10 days comprising of 2-hour sessions every camp day.

The basketball camp is currently accepting early reservations for limited slots only. The camp fee is P5,000 for 10 sessions, and includes a reversible jersey from Adidas.

Magsanoc played 15 seasons in the PBA where he was named one of the league’s 25 Greatest Players. He served as an assistant coach in the PBA after retirement, first with Purefoods and currently with Meralco. He took over the NCAA champion Red Lions last week.
