Pacquiao skips training session because of jet lag, fatigue

Manny Pacquiao did not show up for practice at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) as the Filipino pound-for-pound king remains bothered by jet lag as well as affected by his strenuous morning exercise routine.
Reports from the United States revealed that members of the American media were on hand to watch Pacquiao train and interview him afterwards, but the world’s No. 1 fighter was a no-show.
Pacquiao arrived in the US last Saturday and even worked out on Monday and Tuesday.
Not reporting for gym training is not new to Pacquiao as he has done a similar act a few times in previous training camps.
But this doesn’t concern those who are around him as Pacquiao has bounced back as soon as he returns to training from a day-off.
With less than a month before the June 9 battle with Tim Bradley, there is still enough time for Pacquiao to rev up for the tough grind ahead.
Last Tuesday, Pacquiao even sparred a total of eight rounds against three sparmates.
