Pasargad FC sent Philippine Air Force to relegation after pulling away with a 6-0 victory in United Football League action Thursday at the Emperador Stadium in Mckinley Hill in Taguig.
Kalilou Toure and Promise Jolomi scored two goals apiece to lead Pasargad to its fifth victory of the season.
Pasargad controlled the match from start to finish, grabbing a 3-nil halftime lead courtesy of two goals by Toure and one from Jolomi.
Jolomi then opened the second half with a goal at the 51st minute, before Michael Nelson and Hamed Hajimhedi joined the fray with shots at the 69th and 84th minute to settle the final score.
Pasargad improved to a 5-3-9 win-draw-loss card for 18 points and cemented its spot at seventh place in the table.
Air Force, meanwhile, suffered its 16th loss along with just two victories to finish the season at the bottom of the standings with six points and submerge itself into relegation to the second division.
