San Mig Coffee Mixers stars James Yap and Marc Pingris made a dream come true on Monday, appearing on “Eat Bulaga” to cheer up Robbie, a big fan of theirs.
“Buti naman nanalo din kayo,” quipped EB host Vic Sotto, who is also Pingris’ father-in-law. The Mixers won their first match of the Commissioner’s Cup Sunday against Talk ‘N Text.
Apart from a pangkabuhayan showcase, Yap and Pingris also gave Robbie and his family tickets to watch San Mig Coffee’s game on March 6 against Alaska. The players also gave their fan some basketball gear, including a pair of Kobe VII shoes, prompting Bossing Vic to joke: “Meron ako Kobe 15 eh.”
Ping and James finished the segment by dancing cha-cha with Little Miss Philippines winner Ryzza Mae Dizon, and Yap posted a photo of himself with the child star on Instagram.
