Defending champion San Beda takes on Perpetual Help as the two teams dispute the solo second spot in the team standings of NCAA Season 89 on Saturday at The Arena in San Juan.
The Red Lions and the Altas battle at 4 p.m. before the game between Jose Rizal University and San Sebastian at 6 p.m.
Each sporting a 5-1 win-loss record, San Beda and Perpetual aim for a victory to tighten their hold of second place behind still-undefeated Letran.
The Red Lions are riding high on a four-game winning streak, with their latest victory coming on a 65-41 rout of JRU last Saturday.
The Altas, meanwhile, have won their last three games and are coming off a 73-68 triumph over Mapua last Monday.
In the second game, JRU aims to sneak into the top four when it takes on San Sebastian.
The Heavy Bombers hold a 3-3 record for fifth place and a victory will help them overtake the Stags, who carry a 4-2 card.
JRU is coming off a blowout loss against San Beda last Saturday, while San Sebastian is looking to extend its three-game winning streak after an 81-74 victory over Emilio Aguinaldo College last Monday.
