In line with its mission to promote healthy living, Sugarleaf, a cafe and health food store, recently partnered with the Organic Certification Center of the Philippines (OCCP) with a workshop on organic and urban gardening.
OCCP executive director Lani Limpin introduced their mission while UP Los Banos-educated seasoned landscape consultant Beverly Valle shared her vast experience in a practical and engaging workshop. Sugarleaf provided healthy snacks and guests went home with organic seedlings and fertilizers to apply their new learnings.
