What guests are saying

“Seda Centrio is the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro in terms of location, service, and amenities. It’s like a home away from home as it has all the basic and luxurious amenities that you would expect to find back home in the Western world. Staff were friendly and the hotel is situated literally beside the Ayala mall. The food was a bit mediocre for such a place but that wasn’t a big deal breaker. The hotel was very safe, as you need to swipe your card to get access to your floor and room. Definitely will stay here again in the future.”

“It was simply amazing. The room was big and the bed was comfy. The staffs were simply friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fantastic. It was somehow a honeymoon period for me so I requested for the hotel to decorate the room with flowers. But I wasn’t sure if my request would get attended to. But to my surprise when I opened the room door the whole floor was decorated with rose petals. Fantastic service throughout from the staff. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.”

“Best hotel in Mindanao! I was really surprised by the new Sedo Centrio and it’s the best hotel I have stayed at in Mindanao. When we checked in, as soon as I said my name the staff was familiar with our reservation and we were going to our room in 5 minutes. The elevator, hallways and room smelled new. The bathroom is very large and very brightly lit with large mirrors for easy shaving. Our room was on the 9th floor and I never heard any noise or traffic below. Our room had free internet, free in room safe, quiet air-con and nice headboard reading lights on the king size bed. We stayed one week and had no problems and the only reason I called the front desk was to ask for ice. The hotel security is very good with room smart key required for elevator access to room floors. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet and is attached to the newest mall which I think makes this the best place to stay in Cayagan De Oro.”
