The story dates back to 1970 where the late artist Salvador Dali collaborated with Angèle Lancel and desired to create just one design, one that is dedicated to his wife Gala. He made a coded Alphabet of Love as each code means a certain expression of affection. The acronym S & G would stand for Salvador and Gala. The artist assigned the letter “S” to signify his secret pledge of love while “G” signified the mythological, almost divine woman. “My victory, My woman,” he declared.
