Magical Easter in Eastwood City

An enchanting ballet performance delighted kids and families at the Royal Courtyard.

Eastwood City was transformed into a kingdom of magic and mystery on Easter this year. The festivities began with the Royal Easter Parade, where kids wore their crowns and joined mascots, mimes, dancers and a magnificent float with Eastwood City mascots Easter, Woodluck, E-Walk and Cyburp in a fantastic parade around Eastwood City. Eleven majestic lands opened soon after, giving kids and families a multitude of fun Easter activities to experience.

At the Royal Courtyard, kids painted their Easter eggs with tips from Art Attack and got a royal makeover with free hair styling, face painting and glitter tattoos. At the enchanting Easter program, kids   watched a beautiful ballet performance from the Halili Cruz School of Ballet, an amazing science show from Mad Science and a fun musical play from 9Works Theatrical. They also got to win  treats from the trivia and parlor games and at the costume contest, where kids in the most creative and unique Royal Ball costumes took home great prizes.

Kids also visited other worlds at the Royal Shindig—they became intergalactic explorers at the Cosmic Pavilion. They got to jump into adventure at the inflatable castles, islands and pirate ships in the Inflatable Fortress. Meanwhile, young nature lovers enjoyed pony rides, a petting zoo and fun animal shows at the Kingdom Animalia. Fun science experiments awaited them at the different booths of the Mad Science zone.

At the Garden of Sweets, families explored a garden filled with candy trees and confections from Mio Gelati, Chupa Chups, Mentos, Rebisco, Candy Crane, Monde Nissin and Sonia’s Cakes and Bakes. Kids also got to do some shopping at the Village Market with their Easter Wonderland coins.

“Every year, we try to make Easter Wonderland the place to be for families to celebrate their Easter holiday and we really seek new and exciting activities for them to enjoy. This year, our theme is the Royal Shindig, and from nine, we now have eleven amazing lands full of attractions, games and adventures for kids,” said Kevin Tan, First Vice President and Commercial Division Head of Megaworld Corporation.
