MANILA, Philippines — Foreign ministers participating at the 50th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting and Post-Ministerial Conferences from August 2 to 8 began arriving in Manila Thursday evening.

The foreign ministers of 27 countries are expected to participate in the event, which will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center.
