Of course, loyal patrons can still enjoy best-selling staples like Steamed Garoupa with Cordyceps Flower in Supreme Soy Sauce, Three-Flavoured Prawns, and the Steamed Live Lobster with Garlic. Classic dim sum include Steamed Shrimp Dumplings and Steamed Scallop Dumplings.
